How do I create an account?
Creating an account is very simple. Just follow the steps below:
- Click on "Log in" at the top right or click here.
- Next, select "for yourself" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the e-mail address and click "Send verification code".
- Check your e-mail, copy your code and paste it into the "Verification code" field, click "Verify code".
- Choose a password between 8 and 64 characters, enter your name and click "Create" = new account created.

How do I create a business account?
Creating a professional account is very simple. Just follow the steps below:
- Click on "Sign in" in the top right or click here.
- Next, select "your business" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the e-mail address and click "Send verification code".
- Check your e-mail, copy your code and paste it into the "Verification code" field, click "Verify code".
- Choose a password between 8 and 64 characters, enter your name and click "Create" = new account created!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, that is not necessary. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. You can track your order via a link in the order confirmation e-mail.

What are the benefits of creating an account?
With an account you can easily check the status of your orders, follow a shipment or download your invoices. In the future we will add functionality to confirm quotations and request a return.

- Select "Forgot password?
Now you can create a new password without losing any of your information.

What should I do if I forget my e-mail address?
You can contact our customer service via chat or simply send a message via the contact form.
How can I change my personal details?
Would you like to add to or change your personal details? You can do so by following these steps:
- At the top right, go to "My Peeq" or log in here.
- At the section "My details" you can click on "Change details".
- Now you can change your details in the form that is displayed and save them.

How do you handle my personal data?
We handle your personal data with the utmost care and caution compliant with GDPR. You can find more details in our Privacy policy.
Your privacy preferences can be changed in "My Peeq", in the section "My privacy".
Can I view or delete my data?
Yes, you can view your details by logging into your account (or click here) and go to "My Peeq". To delete your account you can contact our customer service department.
How do I manage my (e-mail) notifications?
We only send emails relevant to your order. However, you do have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.

How do I use the wishlist?
At the moment, unfortunately, we do not have a wish list.
But we have a solution for you. You can save items by adding them to your cart. The items in your cart will be saved for a term of 90 days.
Where can I find my customer number?
Your customer number can bd found in your account in the menu on the left, under your name. You only get a customer number from the moment you place an order. If you did not make any orders yet, you won't have a customer number.
