Popular products
At Think Paper, attention is centred on sustainability with a focus on eco-friendly paper designs. These products are carefully crafted in the Dutch town of Windraak by Ben Stevens, a talented Dutch designer.
The inspiration to work with cardboard came more than a decade ago during his graduation project, in which he designed a building using renewable materials. This led to the creation of Think Paper. Since then, they have realised a series of unique designs including a beautiful cardboard pavilion for the RVO (The Netherlands Enterprise Agency) and some innovative furniture.
Unique, personal design
Think Paper's lamps are made of high-quality, sustainable paper and cardboard. These materials are not only environmentally friendly, they also add beauty that radiates warmth and comfort. Despite using these lighter materials, the lamps are designed to be both sturdy and durable.
Innovative techniques such as folding, cutting and shaping create unique lighting effects and patterns. Think Paper offers the opportunity to customise lamps to customers' specific needs, giving each lamp a personal touch.
Sustainable methods and materials
Think Paper stands out for its strong commitment to eco-friendly production methods. The lamps are manufactured with biodegradable adhesives and are self-supporting, without a frame.
The raw materials come from responsibly managed forests and all residual materials are 100% recyclable. Moreover, they are handmade in a studio in the Netherlands, using modern techniques to create the unique Think Paper collections.
